Is this a bad spirit or good?

Okay so I'm sleeping alone last night & I can't sleep but around 2 I get up to go to the bathroom & I have double doors, & my room light was dim & I open the double doors & continue to walk but as I'm walking I notice like this black blob almost like liquid floating in the air & as I walked through it it all like dispersed. Like as if liquid would.. & I just turned the light on quickly & like I didn't think anything of it. Anyways so around 320 I'm like I need to try to go to bed so I turn all the lights off & tv ect & I'm layed there & I turn to my other side to get comfortable & I look at the wall & above me in the corner of my eye i see something moving so i looked up & there's that liquid form of smoke right above me movin quickly within like a ft radius like changing shapes & like I sat there and stared at it terrified and like not knowing what to do and I just put my head under the covers & then fished for the remote to turn the light and tv on and I'm kinda sat up like thinking wtf? & the tv was really low & I all of a sudden I can hear something talking but I can't understand what it's saying & like it wasnt the tv because it was comin from the side of my bed. & then I can hear almost breathing? Or just huffs of wind idk but like it was coming from anywhere particular the sound was filling the whole room so of course I was like **** that & ran down to my mom & I was crying and my mom like didn't believe me. She was like you were dreaming. & then she comes up to room with me idk why & like she stand there for probably 10 minutes & is like everything's fine ill be in my room if you need me. Literally the minute she gets down stairs my lights shut off. So I screamed for her. (take note that my light is broken so if I want the light off the fan has to be off. And you can't just shut it off you have dim it till it gets dark) the fan was still on. And that's all that happended can someone tell me what's going on?
