Is whats happening in Europe and racial tensions a sign of whats to come in the USA?

Yes, but the problem isn't the skinheads or neo-nazis, it's the illegal immigrants who aren't supposed to be here. They are breaking the law and causing countless problems in the USA. They all need to be deported ASAP. The USA needs to stop legal immigration too, way too many muslims and middle easterners coming here.
