Is it possible to have a sperm bank hold sperm in case someone dies?

Say I die unexpectedly, but I always wanted to have kids... Is it possible for a sperm bank to disperse sperm only under certain conditions (such as death of the donor)? So, this way, my kids would walk the earth even if I don't.
