How to song write? Piano and lyrics?

I am writing a song it has a bit of a dispersing theme, it just has all the bad things in my life i hv a few ideas of wont the lyrics to be but i am not sure what cords and piano notes i can play any help? and any lyric help also it is a sad song with pain in my life xxx
