I put in for a currency exchange at Regions bank for $705 and it came back at 455 euros.?

I was expecting a little closer to 500 euros.. Perhaps I'm looking at the wrong conversion calculator, plus i had to pay a $5 service charge.. Regions said they did not have any hidden fees and they use a company that tells them how much to disperse (a currency calculator). This can't be correct, can it?
