Need ur advice plz help me.and my girlfriend.?

My girlfriend always is hurt by her ex , he cheated on her with one of her best friends, after they broke up , the jerk tried to contacted my girlfriend and made her cry, and my girlfriend cried and hurt herself. Does anyone can help me? I am in a LDR with her. Thanx
