What is eval on gwinnett county public school computers?

I was playing around and stuff with the computer settings then the settings dispersed alongside with this new program called eval I'm like what ev ill do my school work next thing 5 mins later administration comes in straight to me!! I'm like damnnnnn does anyone know what eval is???
