Can someone answer a question for me maturely?

I was cleaning my house yesterday like i do every Thursday and i was making the bed. I moved a pillow of the bed for a second to pull the blankets over and even them out. Well I've searched and searched till i was in tears thinking ive lost my mind trying to find this pillow. I even looked in my car and i know i didn't move i but 2 feet from where it was but on the floor, now i know i have heard of people dropping small objects and never finding them but a pillow... a full sized pillow you lay your head on! My boyfriend searched the whole house to. Can anyone help me understand what the hell happened. Is it possible i was so concentrated on fixing the bed my entire thought process was stuck on that and the pillow became non existent once it left my hand? And i looked under my bed... I'm not a cretin... and I'm not insane! So if that's the kinda stuff your sarcastic brain comes up with let that thought disperse and think of something useful or don't waste your words and my time.
