How do I decide whom to give my money to before May 21st?

I know that a lot of people need money and I would like to split the few million I have evenly with as many people as possible allthough there may be a person that just deserves all of it. I am not going to be able to take it with me to heaven and I do not have much time left to disperse of it. Any suggestions?
