Hang out with the ones who aren't backstabbing you. The backstabbing girls don't sound like reliable friends. Plus what goes around comes around. Ella will eventually realize that the people she's hanging with *now* have been backstabbing her. Don't backstab yourself - it's not worth increasing the drama level.
