Hardcore family guy fans?

I'm trying to remember this entire scene but I can't remember! Lol. I think it's kind of an older episode. Peter is at work and is talking to some mean guy sitting at a desk and peter walks away and says to some guy "sheesh what a jerk" or something, and the guy he's talking to is like "well that 'jerk' just donated...to..." or something or rather. Then Peter looks at the guy at the desk and gives him a kind nod. Lol. Does anyone know what episode that was from? Or if that scene is on YouTube? Thank you.
