My landlord does not have all my RENT payments on her Rent Logs some are missing, Now she wants to evict me?

My landlord has made mistakes on my rent logs, I pay 2 times a month, I was assaulted by some of the residents she rented to last june, They used to party, have the Police at there Unit alot, June 20th a large fight broke out on the side of my unit, I went out side and I asked them To please disperse, Some of the Guests of the resident attacked me, I was out of work for 4 months while i healed, Of course The Medical Bill have destroyed me financially, A Police report was given and The Landlord knows what happened, But she was friends with the Young lady that lived in the unit so It was never a problem,
