How popular are these names?

They are all popular names but Harry or Hal as nicknames for Henry and Bess for Elizabeth? I would try just keeping Henry as it is and maybe for Elizabeth you could try Beth, Liz or Lizzy. But James and Sophia the way you have those sounds good!
