Lose weight by running?

Sit ups/running/diet helps! The goal is to do as many sit up's as passable in 30 sec's for the first week. The 2ed week tack on another 10 secs or more if you think you can do it. If you can do 2 full minuets with a steady pace put a weight on your chest. Running will help with endurance which will reinforce maximum potential for doing even more sit up's. As far as the diet goes. Eat a salad every day. Buy your favorite veggies and mix them all together with a low fat dressing. Google search healthy foods for more things to eat. Hope this helps. :)
